Booking Policies
• Prices are subject to change at any time. Rates are only guaranteed if stated on the non-expired estimate you receive from us or if a deposit has been received for your services.
• Bookings work on a first come first serve basis with a deposit to maintain fairness to all clients.
• To secure your appointment date with Fancy Me Beauty a non-refundable, nontransferable 35% deposit (goes towards your total) of the total package or service(s) is required along with a signed agreement.
• Once the deposit is received, your appointment with Fancy Me Beauty is officially confirmed with the date, time and number of services as listed on the agreement/invoice.
• Services may not be deducted from the agreement/invoice; they may be added if artists are able to accommodate them. Client will be held responsible for all the services originally agreed upon under the terms of the contract/invoice.
• The remaining balance on your invoice is due 1 week prior to your event. Payments past the due date will be charged $25/day late.
• Hair must be blow-dried smooth before a hair styling appointment, showing up with wet hair will result in an additional charge of $40.00 for a blow dry and additional time. This does not apply if you are receiving a blow out.
• Time delays or restrictions must be brought to our attention prior to your appointment so that they can be accounted for accordingly. In the event that anyone is significantly late resulting in the artist running behind schedule, a late fee of $40.00 will be charged for every thirty minutes that the client is late.
• A start time before 6:00 a.m. will incur a fee of $25/per artist for every half hour between 5-6:00 a.m.
• We are not responsible for any allergic reactions that might occur during or after the makeup application or hair styling caused by products. Please note, a trial is encouraged if you are prone to allergies and/or sensitive towards beauty products.
• All funds are accepted via email transfer (info@fancymebeauty.com).
Bridal Trial Policies
• Three potential trial dates must be provided by the bride along with a 35% booking deposit of the total (goes towards your services) upon securing a bridal trial appointment.
• Please note that we have a 48 hour cancellation policy for trials, $50.00 will be added to your invoice for any last minute cancellations.
• Booking a bridal trial does not secure your wedding date & time, only a received deposit and signed agreement does.
Mobile Policies
• A minimum booking of 4 people is required per artist in order to qualify for mobile weekend bookings (Fri-Sun). A minimum fee will be charged in place of each non required service. This is subject to availability, please inquire further.
• A travel fee of $0.75 per/km applies to all bookings. This will be charged per each individual artist assigned to the booking.
• Should there be any parking/toll fees, then these are to be paid for in cash by the client who is booking the services. Funds may be given directly to the artist(s) assigned to the booking on the day of the event.
